Breakfast - Favorites and Recommendations

So would anyone like to share their favorite shipboard breakfast spots and meals? I do love a good breakfast but dislike runny eggs.

I sampled the buffet at BBB, as well as breakfast dining at Tritons and Parrot Cay --- but am in still in search of a truly wonderful breakfast.
