I just realized that Monday is Columbus Day, so there won't be mail. So the mail-by date is Tuesday. (I have to go to work, so I always forget Columbus Day is a postal holiday)

I stamped and dropped my priority box at the post office this evening. (Not realizing Columbus Day is Monday.) So it's inside the post office here and may very well not even get on it's way until Tuesday. But it is sitting -- safe and sound. They should at least have it by the end of next week -- hopefully.
