Breakfast @ Disney Springs

Hi, I was wondering if you guys can offer any recommendations for breakfast in DS?

We are staying at POFQ and will be relying on the boat to DS. How early does this run? My kids are into typical American breakfasts (pancakes, waffles, bacon etc), any suggestions???

We had breakfast at Homecomin' a couple weekends ago and it was very good and traditional breakfast items. They only do it on Saturdays and Sundays, though, and I don't think they open until 10am.

Earl of Sandwich & Wolfgang Puck Express have breakfast options and they've always been decent in the past for us. Upside is that they are relatively inexpensive. They open at 9am, I believe?

I actually think the breakfast options are lacking at Disney Springs but maybe because of that, we found DS practically empty on a Saturday morning. It was lovely! Came back later that night and it was body to body. It's a GREAT time to do some shopping.

I have always wanted the try the cornflake French toast from Wolfgang puck express but I’m yet to find myself in DS at breakfast time

During weekdays the only breakfast options are Wolfgang Puck Express , Earl of Sandwich & Starbucks. We did breakfast a few trips ago at Puck's and enjoyed our meal . I can vouch for the cornflake french toast. Puck also had waffles, omlets and a breakfast pizza.DH liked his waffle.
Last time I checked both Homecomin and Raglan Road had brunch Saturday & Sunday. Maria & Enzo has a Sunday brunch. Read good reviews of them here on the DIS and other Disney based sites.
The boat from POFQ starts around 10:00 but you can get the bus earlier. That is what we did, then took the boat back to POFQ.
Just a FYI but the QS breakfast at both POFQ and POR are decent. I do recommend their waffles over pancakes.
