Breakfast Characters at 1900 Park Fare?

Who are the standard breakfast characters at 1900 Park Fare and do they vary some days? Is the photo package still included with breakfast or would we need to purchase the photo plan? Thank you!

I was there in January. The photo cost extra if you wanted it (I don't have the photo plan). Characters that day were Winnie, Tigger, Mary & Alice. I was there another time & the Mad Hatter (who was great!) was also there with those 4. So yes they do vary.

How are they with rotating the characters around the room? Going in October.

I was told the Mad Hatter is not a guarantee. I was bummed not to see him the 2nd time I went.

Both times I was there the characters moved around the room pretty good. They came to us 2x each (if not more). Granted we were there a good 45+ minutes at least enjoying our meal so if you are a speedy eater or never seated than maybe you won't have as many visits?

I also haven't done any other character meals so I don't know how it works at other places or how often they pass thru.

We got all 5 and they rotated at a good pace- not too fast, you got plenty of time with them.

I guess we've been lucky bc we've seen the Mad Hatter both times we've been. He's super funny, lol. Alice is so sweet when we were there last year my son was writing in his disney vacation journal that I made him and she drew a cup of tea in it for him. He loved it! We also saw Mary Poppins and Tigger and Pooh...Tigger is always a fav my son LOVES Tigger...he will be a little bummed that we are not eating there again next year, but he'll get over it lol...he will still have Crystal Palace
