I know this has been covered (because honestly what HAVEN'T we covered on here ;) ) but my son wants to pick where we have breakfast but he wants to know which characters are where. Can anyone fill me in on the most likely characters we will see at Minnies, Goofy's Kitchen and Story Tellers? THANKS!

You will see the most and greatest variety of characters at Minnie's breakfast. Just walking by yesterday, I noticed Chip, Peter Pan, and the fairy godmother were visiting with guests in the outdoor seating area. The last time we actually went to Minnie's, I think we saw nine characters including Chip and Dale, Minnie, the fairy godmother, a mouse from Cinderella, Captain Hook, Max, and a couple of Winnie the Pooh characters. My brother was there a couple weeks ago and sent me pics of his kids with fairy godmother, Rafiki, Chip, and Eeyore.

Storyteller's has animal creatures from various movies. There are usually about 5 characters circulating. We have been there before and not managed to see both Chip and Dale, but they are supposed to be there. It's been a number of years since we have visited this one, so I don't really know who is there these days. In the past we have seen Brother Bear and Tarzan characters, Brer Bear, Baloo, Meeko, and a park ranger, not all during the same visit.

I hear Goofy's has changed to just having the same five characters at each meal and they are classic characters like Goofy, Minnie, and Pluto. I haven't been to Goofy's since the change so can't tell you more.

We are returning for our 4th trip and are only doing one character dinner - breakfast with Minnie's it is! My DD13 said that is where you see the most characters you are not likely to see elsewhere in the park. We have seen Chip, Dale, Fairy Godmother, Tiger and Winnie the Pooh, Captain Hook and Peter Pan, Max, Winnie the Pooh, Rafiki, Eeyore and Aladdin. The food is fine, but it's cafeteria style in that you get a tray and you go to different stations to get whatever food you want - it's plentiful and we were never rushed. I'd recommend an early booking to make sure you get the best character interaction possible.

We were at Minnie's 3 weeks ago. Food was buffet style, but all really good. Made to order omelettes were great. We saw Minnie, Fairy Godmother, Chip, Dale, Pooh, Tigger, Eeyore, Captain Hook, Max and were there about an hour. Did not feel rushed to leave, but we had Hyperspace fp's.

Chip and Dale were at Storytellers too- it's actually called Chip and Dale's critter breakfast. When we went to Minnie's we had a rather bad experience and were skipped by a bunch of characters, waited forever to be seated and were hurried to finish (we started at 10)- not to mention if we wanted to see 3 of the 6 characters we saw we had to go outside and wait in line to see them or not see them at all...)- but we also did not see both Chip and Dale, just 1. If you want to meet them both for sure book Storytellers and earlier (you will miss out on characters there if you go later too).

Unfortunately, this is not a guarantee. Chip and Dale are the hosts of the Storyteller's breakfast, but on two occasions we have had difficulty meeting both while there. We were always told that one or the other was on break. You should see both there, but apparently even when they are the hosts, it's not a sure thing.

Chip & Dale are at every meal except the princess meal :)

Yeah, IMO they are overrepresented at the character meals.

If someone definitely wants to meet both, do Goofy's Kitchen. It's a set rotation there. It would be very rare to miss one of them there. They are half of the characters meeting in the dining room.

THANK YOU!!! He really wants to meet Chip so it looks like we are heading to Minnies! :D

Honestly, of all the characters I think we have met those chipmunks more often than any of the others. They just always seem to be everywhere!! Our first trip Dale danced with my daughter in the town circle while a band played nearby, she loved it.

The last few times I've been to Storytellers, we've seen Chip, Dale, Meeko, Koda, and Kenai in the dining room meeting the breakfast guests.

We did Minnie's in November and saw 9 characters...Pooh, Eyeore, Tigger, Chip, Dale, Minnie, Captain Hook, Rafiki and Fairy Godmother.

We've had 11 each of the last 2 times. In addition to those above: Perla, Suzy, Max and ......Pinocchio. He was a real treat and what I believe to be a relatively rare appearance.

Just get an early reservation at Minnie's. We tried to make a brunch of it and waited 45 minutes before we complained we hadn't seen a single character. We were sat outside by the edge basically all by ourselves. After we complained, we saw 3 characters (Minnie, Fairy Godmother, Chip I think) and everyone kept sending their kids over to cut in on us. It was awful. We said never again, but I have read so many positive reviews.... Maybe one day! But I've read a few reviews like mine and they all share the 10:30ish reservation.

Thanks for all of your imputs! We are planning on doing an early seating at Minnie's and then we will do dinner at Ariels. The last time we were there my kids REFUSED to meet the characters. My son who was almost 3 did give Pluto a hug and my DD who was 5 met Jessie and the princesses at dinner. We convinved them to do Minnie and Mickey in Toon Town but that was it! That was 3 years ago so we have high hopes this trip ;)
