Breakfast buffets that also offer items on menu....

I am thinking of the Wave right now, but I have seen other restaurants as well. We are on the DDP and I was wondering....do you actually "order" the buffet, or can you order a breakfast entree and the buffet is included? Just not sure how it works at the different restaurants. Thank you!

At Captain's Grill, you can either do the buffet or order from the menu.

The Wave has a buffet and a la carte menu as does Captain's Grille. Those are the only 2 I know of. I believe Garden Grove at the Dolphin may too.

Both are an either or situation. You choose buffet or entree, but not both.

I don't know for sure but I would think Garden Grove at the Swan and Dolphin might, I have never seen a Starwood property not offer both (when both are generally options). I haven't tried at this particular hotel though.
