Breakfast Buffet Ideas?

We are going to Disney in April and I am working on my TS ADRs. We are only there for 3 nights and I want to get a Buffet Breakfast in but we are also planning to get up early and take advantage of the Extra Magic hour each day. We were hoping for a late Breakfast Buffet the day we went to MGM in the early morning? Any ideas of a good buffet breakfast that would be easily assesable from MGM? Or anyplace that may have later breakfast buffet hours? Like 11am or later we could sit and still get breakfast?

You could take the boat from MGM over to the Beach Club and have a character breakfast at Cape May Cafe.

The Yacht Club Galley has a nice non-character breakfast buffet.

If you're interested in a character buffet, I really like Cape May Cafe. Both the food and character interaction were very good.
