Breakfast Before Magic Kingdom Rope Drop

My friend and I are going to WDW on Sat. Sept. 26th and are looking at having breakfast at the Wave at the Contemporary before rope drop at MK.

Will a 7:30 ressie get us to rope drop early enough to get close to the front? What time should we expect to get to rope drop (at 9 am)?

Also, we are offsite and would be looking at parking at the TTC, then riding to Contemporary then walking to MK. When is the first we can park there in the morning?

Our 7:30 ADRs never get us anywhere close to the front for rope drop. We usually get there right before 9, but people have already been lining up for quite a while before that.
