Hi,
I was wondering if anybody could tell me what time is the earliest you can get breakfast at the DLH. We usually stay at the Cheyenne and we get there for 7am, but i'm sure i read somewhere that it's not open until 7.30am at the DLH am I right?
Also do you still have to get a time slot voucher at the DLH like at the Cheyenne.

It's funny I have not even been on my July trip and I am already thinking about breakfast for November :rotfl2:

hi when we stayed last time im sure it was 7.30 and we just went down dident get a time slot i dont think

Thats right you dont need a slot for breakfast at DLH you just go in when you want.
We used to go in for EMH at 8 and then go back for breakfast about 9.45ish. Its surprising how that time in the park can build up an appetite as the breakfasts there are so good. We then didnt bother with lunch

::yes:: it's 7:30 - 11am

We did that on our first morning, went in for EMH then back for breakfast about 9:30am. On our second morning we changed our mind about EMH as it was raining and went down about 8:30am. When I saw the huge queue waiting to be seated at the podium I thought  this wasn't a good idea but within five minutes we'd been seated.

thanks for all your help :thumbsup2

I know it's a little early but i'm planning already as this will be MIL last trip to dlp i need to get in as much as i can

So excited for you!!

You're going to be in your element in the DLH Karen!!!! Don't forget to call them to let them know you're arriving :rotfl:

The times were 7:30 - 11am and you don't get a timeslot - you just turn up and dine :goodvibes Don't forget to have your camera ready as the characters are waiting along the corridor as you make your way towards breakfast (fantastic start to the day) :wizard:

Oh Adam :rotfl2:

Thanks, Are the characters waiting from 7.30 or do they not come out until later?

The characters are there in the corridor and just outside Inventions throughout the entire breakfast period.

I usually spot Chip & Dale, Rabbit, Baloo, Penguins, Pluto, Goofy - those type of characters along the corridor on the way to breakfast.

Then in front of Café Fantasia is usually a character hanging around.

And there is ALSO a queued Meet & Greet with a professional photographer just outside Inventions in the "Main Street Lounge".

Oh, I am getting so excited for you all hun!

Aww thanks Adam.
I just can't wait to stay here. Mum is going mid october with my sister and she just upgraded to the DLH too.
DD and Ds are going to be sooo excited to see characters while going to breakfast I have a feeling breakfast may take a little longer than normal :lmao:.
