Can anyone tell me how they liked the character breakfast at Storyteller's? We're staying at the GCH this year (we did last year as well) and haven't tried breakfast there. Whenever we walked past in the mornings last year, it was really packed. Is it generally crowded? Food good? Service okay?

Thumbs up... or thumbs down? Thanks!

It's always packed on weekends, that's true, so ADR is a must. Great character interactions, great food. The bananas foster french toast is the best.

I guess I am one that preferred the other 2 breakfasts (DLH at Goofy's Kitchen, and PP at the PCH Grill) over this one. When we went to it, which I must admit was awhile ago in 2002, I expected more character interaction I guess....There was Chip and Dale that went around, and then Pluto. Can't remember which one was in the lobby. Breakfast was good, I just remembered it being more fun at the other 2. :teeth:

We stayed at GCH for 5days and 4 nights in Oct and had breakfast at Storyteller's 3 of the mornings. The food is wonderful and the interaction good. It's not a high energy character meal like Goofy's, but it's great just the same. We liked it here because you have the option of getting the buffet or ordering off the menu. Dh and ds would get the buffet while dd and I would order off the menu. We really enjoyed the stuffed french toast and the denver omelet. Definitely make reservations. We had reservations one morning and my parents came in as a walk up. They had a 45 minute wait. We saw chip , dale, meeko and a character from brother bear.

The characters at Storyteller's are usually Chip, Dale, both bears from Brother Bear, Meeko, and Turk. If you are choosing based on food, none of the other character meals approach the quality of Storyteller's; if you are doing it based on the characters, then I guess you can choose the restaurant that has the characters you want to meet.
