Breakfast at Sanaa - parking?

Hi
We will be staying offsite with my extended family in August, and doing only one park day. My family loves animals but we won't be going to Animal Kingdom, so I thought of making a reservation for lunch at Sanaa to see the Savana and explore the resort. However, some of them are on a tight budget, and I think the lunch/dinner menu would not appeal to my parents in law. I looked at the breakfast menu and it looks like it would be perfect for us! However, I am a little worried at parking without an ADR (breakfast is a quick service option). Has anyone had experience with this?
Thanks!

When we were staying at AKL back in Dec and again in late Jan, there was a sign at the entrance to AKL stating only guests with room or dining reservations would be allowed to enter the resort. The sign was something we had not seen before, and we've been guests of AKL many times over the years. The issue is parking - they don't want you parking there (or most Disney resorts). If you somehow are doing a park that morning, you could certainly bus to AKL to do breakfast. But that might be more trouble than it's worth for you for breakfast.

I would not count on getting in. We used to stop and view the animals over the years and since the reopening, they have not let us. And we have had little issue stopping into other resorts (even ones with direct park access!).

That said, they would allow us if valeting the car. But that's a steep price to pay for a counter service breakfast.

Maybe try it but don't be surprised if you're turned away.

When I ate Sanaa to-go, I got the salad sampler and desert. That cost about the same as a QS meal, so it would be a possibility for those on a budget. That would allow you to Mobile Order and show it at the gate to get in. And the salad sampler is something I loved!

While you are at another park like HS or Epcot, you could take a break and use Disney transportation to go to AKL. I would go to Jambo House instead of Kidani. Then go back to the park you were at. I would not do it from MK since that’s the longest bus trip but Epcot/HS would not be too bad.

Or you can get ADRs for Boma breakfast for a bit more than QS breakfast then you can park at hotel.

We will only be doing one park day (magic kingdom) for budgetary reasons (DH and I have APs but the rest of the family needs to get tickets). We are renting a home offsite to save some money and were initially planning on two park days (MK and Ak), but when the rest of the family saw the price of the ticketsb (on top of flights prices which have increased significantly), we had to cut it down to one park day.
We will be doing Disney springs and other non park stuff instead, and just hanging by the pool and enjoying the sun!

I highly recommend Boma! So good! It is more expensive than a quick service breakfast but WORTH IT. And yes, having the ADR will ensure you can park there.

If you are going to DS take the bus to AKL and have lunch or Dinner at The Mara. The best time to go but also the most crowded will be starting around 5 as they feed the animals on the part of the Savanna nearest the lobby. I know the savannas have different names but they are all in fact connected all the animals are free to roam.

Do APs still get free parking at the parks? If so, since you and DH have APs, you could park at AK for free and take the bus to AKL from there for breakfast.
