Breakfast - at resort or park?

We will be staying at ASMo resort - some mornings we will be doing character b-fasts (if we get PS that is). The other mornings we were just going to do a fast b-fast at the resort but I'm wondering if it is wiser to get to the park ASAP in the morning and just have something there (we are going at Easter so I know it will be very busy). What do you think? Thanks for any help you can provide...

we always eat breakfast in our room if we are not doing a character breakfast. I will usually pick-up things like fruit, yogurt, cereal bars and just eat a quick and cheaper breakfast in the room.

Faster/cheaper to eat in the room. Some can eat while some get ready and then switch.

We eat breakfast in our hotel room, we just bring some cereal and breakfast bars. It is great the POR has refrigerators in the rooms now.

We are planning on doing one characater breakfast this trip.

we are planning to do breakfast in the rooms, but we have a condo room with full kitchen so we'll be having a nice big breakfast... although we do plan to still get to the parks by the time they open!

Where do you get your breakfast food (for your room) when you do not have a car? What types of food are available and how expensive is it. We are staying at the YC, so I need suggestions for food and OJ/Milk.

Breakfast in room with your own food is much much faster than the food courts.

How did you get food? Well myself I bring my own from home in my car.

Why not pack a box or suitcase full of cereal, cereal bars, granola bars, pop tarts, apples, dried fruits, nuts, maybe a few other snack items.

As far as milk and juice I think all the resorts has a gift shop with a small section that has food it's usually cheaper to buy milk and juice in the store than in the food court at all stars.

NO COOLER NO Problem bring a cooler from home

Even better if possible stop at store between airport and disney and buy a cooler and food.

None of us are huge breakfast eaters but we almost always grab a bite in our room. DS usually a pop tart and DD usually a bowl of cereal or yogurt. There have been times where we rush out the door and grab a muffin or something at the park. I just know that we really save the $$$ if we eat breakfast in our room, and every bit helps!

Actually, we did several quick breakfasts at ASMo food court. They were quick, fairly cheap and it was nice to be among the other excited park-goers before jumping on the bus. Just a little extra Disney before the big show. :cool1:

And DH and I always had to have our morning coffee in our refillable mugs anyway - so we were going to be in the food court no matter what. :)

We're not big breakfast eaters, so breakfast usually means grabbing a muffin, a danish, an apple/banana, and milk/juice and taking it with us on the bus. We'll eat while waiting for the bus or if we drive to the park, then breakfast is eaten in the car.

When we get to the park, breakfast is all eaten up, and I usually only have to carry a little bit of the juice/milk and we're all ready to tackle the rides. This usually holds us up til we have an early lunch or snack around 11am.

We rarely eat in the parks. There's only been a handful of times we've eaten breakfast at the parks, and usually that's when we do early EMH and no one is hungry yet at 6 or 7am.
