My girls are not fans of Lilo and Stitch despite my efforts to TRY to get them to like them! But I keep hearing how awsome bkfst is there at Ohana's. Is the food there really worth $19 per person? If what you are paying for is character interaction - I don't think my girls would enjoy it. And the menu looks a bit BLAH in terms of bkfst choices. So am I missing something???

Also - anyone got pix? I found tons of pix at dinner for Ohana's but very few for bkfst.

THANKS!

The food and atmosphere is SOO worth it! They have amazing juice and great food! Also, Mickey and Pluto appear there as well so it's not just Lilo and Stitch! Ohana is our FAVORITE breakfast! :thumbsup2 :thumbsup2 :cloud9: :cloud9: :woohoo: :woohoo:

Personally, we LOVED the character interaction, but we weren't fond of the food. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't great.

My kids were less than enthused at the concept of breakfast with Lilo and Stitch last year, but I'd made a res and on the day I convinced them to go. It was easily the best character meal we ate last year, and this year they it's the #1 choice.

Stitch was a riot and Lilo was so sweet.

The food was really good and our server was one of the best we ever had.

Loved it, loved it, loved it!

I have to agree with previous poster....Ohana was our favorite character meal (Cinderella at Park Fare is a close second though!). It is laid back, the characters are very funny and the food is really good! They serve a nice fruit dish and then biscuits, bacon, sausage, potatoes, scrambled eggs and mickey waffles all family style. I also agree that the juice is fantastic! I wish they sold it by the bottle! My kids love that breakfast!

You are paying for is character interaction. The food is typical of an all you can eat, nothing that great. I like the family style aspect it is more relaxing than buffet style.

Honestly the food is the same as you can get at Capt Cooks with the exception of the fruit and the wonderful cinnamon bread and pineapple bread. We loved our breakfast there, the characters were a blast and the food was awesome, plus it is all you can eat and DH loves a big breakfast

DBF and I ate here last May and it was wonderful! I love Lilo and Stitch but the food was wonderful too!

Pictures!

it is the only restaurant we have gone back to on all 3 of our trips, we love it so much. we love the food. they have awesome juice and amazing pineapple bread (and another great bread). my kids love the mickey waffles and i love the bacon and the eggs. dh and dd love the sausage. the coffee was good. the view outside is beautiful. the character interaction is great and there are other characters there, too.... mickey and pluto. i could swear we saw minnie there, i will have to go back and look at pics. we also love taking the boat to the poly, for the boat ride in and of itself, so that is another thing we enjoy about going there.

This is probably the best character breakfast at Disney, though I haven't tried the one at AK. The atmosphere is great, the characters are great, so much fun!!

My kids aren't big breakfast eaters so none of these are a good deal for us, however, I try to schedule them so the kids have been awake for a while and worked up an appetite.

The whole experience is FABULOUS! :thumbsup2

Right off, I am not just being partial, but the Characters are indeed wonderful. You do have Mickey and Pluto with Lilo and Stitch, so for anyone who needs their Mickey-fix, you will be pleased.!:mickeyjum

I get my Stitch fix and I am happy as a clam!! :cloud9:

The food is great, it keeps coming and coming....all sorts of different things. Yes! The Jungle Juice is dy-no-mite!! :worship:

The atmosphere and views are magnificent. There is audience participation for the parade and singing! A great way to begin the day!!!

Give it a try, you all may be surprised. And don't despair, I am sure your 2 girls will figure it out someday!! There's always hope....:wizard:
