Breakfast at MK

Where can you eat breakfast when the park opens that isn't a character breakfast on an extra magic hour day?

I would try for a "breakfast" at the Bake shop on main street. As I understand it they have muffins and coffee and such and possibly fruit salad and such. Other than that I do not know if there IS any non-character breakfast in the MK. The Plaza Resturant, (not to be confused with the Plaza Pavillion or the Crystal Palace) used to open about 11:00 for lunch not sure if that is the case. No characters there.

If you are entering for early magic hour - you may not want to "waste" your "magic hour" eating. You might want to grab someting really early (7:00am) at your resort so you can still make it to be at MK when they open. Or you might want to make a ps for Kona Cafe (home of the delicious banana stuffed french toast - Tonga Toast) at the Polynesian at 7:00am then proceed on to MK for early opening so as not to waste any park time.

Thank you for your reply. That's what I thought. It's not for me, but for my DS (11.90) when we travel this summer and last summer MK was a problem for him. We eat in the room before leaving, but if the growing boy isn't well fed, he's Grumpy. MK was the only place that caused a problem because there were more rides he wanted to ride and so he was in that park longer and needed FOOD! Epcot and MGM had places open to grab something and when DH and DS went to AK they did the Breakfastosaurus before the park opened which worked out great.

I am going to have to figure out what to do about MK. He "hated" that park and I know that's the reason why. It seemed to me too that many of the things that he wanted to ride weren't open till nearly 10 am even on the extra magic mornings which was a bummer for him as well.
