We stayed at AoA and ate for breakfast there at least 21 days. We never had to wait to find a table and rarely had to wait very long to order our food at the stations. They do a good job of splitting the popular items throughout the different cooking windows.
Sometimes, it takes a few minutes to get your order, so that could be a problem if you need to manage young children. You also need to visit multiple windows if you want meals in different categories, so if all guests in the party are not independent in ordering, that may take a while, but for us, we never thought of it as a ‘madhouse’.
