Breakfast at Disney Spring (Counter Service)

We are attending Disney wedding on one of the days we are at DW. Since the wedding is 2 pm, we can't have park day so we are thinking of going to Gideon's Bakehouse Disney Spring to pick up cookies that everyone is raving about. My son tells me it's a must. Gideon's opens at 10 am.

We are thinking of eating quick breakfast before Gideon's opens.

Who has good breakfast (quick service)?

I don't believe anything is open at DS before 10. Or at least one the days I have visited there, that was the opening time for everything

Everglazed Donuts opens at 9am, but I’m not sure if you want big sugary donuts followed by even bigger sugary cookies. I believe Starbucks opens at either 9 or 9:30 am as well. I know some restaurants open at 9am on Saturdays/Sundays for brunch; but those are table service. I don’t believe any other QS places open before 10am.
