Breakfast at Crystal Palace

Does anyone know if it's possible to attend the character breakfast at Crystal Palace and be done in time to enter the attractions as soon as the park opens, (when the park opens at 9:00)?

Been there...done that! But it was without kids. Kids may want to linger longer at the breakfast. We had the first ADR which I believe was 8:05 and were at rope drop near the castle about 5 minutes prior to rope drop. We usually do the early ADR still but we have little ones now so breakfast is a longer experience. We still beat the crowds into fantasyland and can usually finish 4 or 5 rides by simply walking right on.

You definitely have time to eat and get out to the attractions when the park opens. If you want autographs or pics with the all 4 characters, it takes about an hour for all of them to get around the restaurant to your table. We enjoy doing our early morning breakfast before the park opens at Crystal Palace because the only people in the park would be those going to breakfast and the CM's. PERFECT opportunity to get a picture on Main Street with the castle behind you and nobody around!

We've had either an 8:05 or 8:10am ADR at CP, H&V and Tusker all before rope drop at each park at 9am. We've gotten in and out with no problems. Because it's a buffet, you can eat as quickly as you want or linger as long as you want. The most time consuming thing seems to be getting your bill from the server and paying!!!

Oh good, I'm glad this was posted, I'm going here in may, and Tigger is my absolute favorite!!! He is still there in the mornings, right? I hope so!! I just LOVE him! My son thinks I'm crazy, but it will be nice to head into adventureland without a bunch of people herding in!! I'm shooting for 8:05 also. How early do the busses start running to and from the resorts, and can we park that early? Dad has a handicap parking pass, but we won't use it if the busses are better, we're staying at ASMu! Thanks!

Not only can you do it but its also a great photo op to try and get a pic of Main Street and the Castle with noone in the picture.We did it on our honeymoon back in Aug.We love Crystal Palace we will be eating there for breakfast in May

My plan for CP is to get the first ADR of the day so we can run to FL and get all those rides done so we can to the Fairies.
