Hi everyone! So I have a trip planned for next Oct 2012. I really want to take my DD to CRT for Breakfast, preferably the earliest time (8am). When it comes time for me to make ADRs, what time should I call for CRT, since I know it is a hard one to get? Can I start calling at midnight or have to wait till early morning? TIA!!

You will have to wait for the 180 mark to book your ADR. The website starts booking at 6am and the phones open at 7am. Good luck.

If you are staying on property you can actually book it before 180. We always plan it for later in the week of our trip and then make reservations for the whole week at the check in day's 180th day ( hope that makes sense). It makes it easier to get some of the more coveted reservations since many people don't realize they can do that.

Book at exactly 6 am online or be on the phone at 6:59 am 180 days out! Some say call ahead of time to learn which prompts to push on the phone so you dont waste time listening to them they day you call!

Unless you're going at a particularly busy time of year, CRT isn't nearly as difficult to get as it was about six years ago. But if you want one of the early seatings, I would still check as soon as I woke up in the morning on the first day I was eligible.

As a test, I just tried searching for CRT each day of our February trip, 2/9-2/14. Found a table at 8:05 or 8:10 every day except for Valentine's Day, when the earliest available was 9:00. (And on 2/15, I could again have gotten 8:10.)

I'll also add that I'm one of the few who seems to like the food there. If anyone has tried to rush me out for the next seating, I haven't really paid attention, but I'm always one of the last out from the first seating - the room is usually nearly empty.

Definitely call or be online when they open, but we've never not been able to make a reservation at 180 days out. And we go during busy times. Be prepared to be flexible with day / times though.
