Breakfast at Chef Mickey's

We have reservations for breakfast at Chef Mickey's with a time of 11:15. I think breakfast is over at 11:30. How does this work as far as them switching over to lunch? Will we have time to finish breakfast before they take the breakfast stuff down? Is the breakfast selection limited at 11:15 verses earlier times?

This is strictly speculation because I have not eaten there that late but I would guess that it would have some effect on the selection (as well as the quality - how fresh????). I did eat there early (around 8ish) and the food was wonderful.

So you all should have no problems! We had a late seating (not quite that late) the last time we were there and didn't leave till after closing time. It was one of our best character meal experiences! The characters spent a lot of time with my kids before we left the restaurant, because we were about the last family there. We have pictures of one of the chipmunks sitting in the floor of the waiting area holding our then 2 1/2 month old... they are priceless!
