Breakfast at Captain Hook at the Poly

5 yrs ago, when we were at WDW, I recall the breakfast menu at Captian Hook at The Poly was pretty good, with Mickey waffles, and even tonga toast.
We are considering to stay at the poly for our year end trip, and CS breakfast at the resort is what we'll want. I just checked the menu for Captain Hook on DIS and note that the stated main course is only cold cereal. Has the Breakfast menu been changed in recent years? Has anyone tried breakfast at Captain Hook recently? Can you share your experience? Thanks.

There is no Captain Hook at the Poly. The QS restaurant is Captain Cook. It has several hot breakfast items including Tonga Toast

We had Tonga Toast there last July

We had the bounty platter there and did not care for it. Eggs tasted powdere, sausage was gross. The Mickey waffles and really good though
