Breakfast and buffet recs

So I've seen all kinds of recs for lunch and dinner but I'm wondering who serves a great breakfast (not really interested in character).

Also, we love a great buffet so what are the great buffets in WDW?

For breakfast, our favorite place is Kona Cafe at the Polynesian. Try the Tonga Toast or Pineapple Macadamia Nut Pancakes. Great coffee, too! Waits can be long, so make an ADR if you know what day you'll want to dine there.

For buffets, my family enjoys lunch at Biergarten in Germany (Epcot) and dinner at Boma at Animal Kingdom Lodge. We also liked the dinner buffet at Trail's End at Fort Wilderness.

Ditto this, Boma is the best breakfast at WDW IMHO

I've heard good things about Boma as well, but have not tried it. My pick would be Fresh at the Dolphin.

kona cafe, olivia's at OKW, whispering canyon cafe at WL, trails end at FW, grand floridian cafe at GF......those are a few i could think of. oh! tusker house in AK although this is a character meal.
