Breakfast after EMH?

We really want to have the Ohana breakfast this trip. But we can't eat much early so I was consiering doing and hour or two of MK on an EMH morning and the getting the boat over at like 10.30.

I know breakfast is until 11am. Does this mean the last reservation is at 11, or you all have to be out at 11? And will having a say 10.45 reservation mean we miss out on the characters or anything?

Worst case is we'll go for Chef Mickey's at 11am as I jsut saw Vallie's post adn a late reservation like that sounds perfect for us (but we love stitch!)
