breakfast adr dilemma

I'm trying to figure out the best plan for breakfast on our AK day. Would love to get Tusker House, and I keep trying and trying, and no luck so I definitely need a back up plan. I have an adr for Boma, and noticed Ohana is free as well. Ideally I'd love to have another character meal, so Ohana is looking like a good back up plan, BUT we're staying at the FW Cabins and am concerned with traveling to the Poly then to AK. I should note that this is all for the last week of Jan. so crowds should be quite low.

Any thoughts or advice is appreciated

I think you'd have a harder time getting to Boma in the early morning.

Since staying at FW, you could take the boat to Poly (Ohana), Contemporary (Chef Mickey's), or Grand Floridian (1900 Park Fare), and then take the bus from either of those locations to AK......

Just a few more ideas.

If you have breakfast at O'hana, I would make the short walk to the transportation and ticket center and catch the bus from there to the
Animal Kingdom. We were there in December and that seemed much quicker than the buses that actually came to the Poly.

I do agree with previous poster though about your options. I loved the breakfast at Park Fare with Mary Poppins, Alice and the Mad Hatter.
