Breakdown of charges for CRT

I am trying to determine if the DDP would be a good fit for us on our next trip and I am having a hard time finding the breakdown of charges for CRT.

We have the TIW card...I know that the discount will not apply to the photo package...but I don't know how much of the per person fee to carve out.

Can anyone help me figure out how much it will cost for 2 adults and one child with our TIW card?
