I've got 7 day PH, Expiring... if we decide not to use all the days, what would be the break-even point to make it worthwhile to add-on No Expy... Hope that makes sense!

I don't know how much it costs to add the no expiration feature. But, my answer would be that it's only worth adding it on if it's cheaper than buying a new PH for the number of days you have left. Here's an example with made up numbers:

Expiration Add On - $150
One Day Park Hopper - $100
Two Day Park Hopper - $194

Based on that, if I only had one day left on my original PH I wouldn't add-on the no expiration feature, since it'd be cheaper to just get a new one day PH. But, if I had two days left, I would add on the no expiration feature, since it's cost is cheaper than a new two day ticket.

Remember though, I have no idea how much the no expiration cost actually is. I have a feeling that it's definitely less than $100, which means it would always be beneficial to add on the feature. Make sense???

It costs $59. to add non-expiration to a 7 day pass regardless of how many days remain.

Suppose you take the point of view that you could have bought a shorter pass and not had days remaining. But it is too late, you already bought a 7 day pass.

If you had bought a 5 day pass, the 6'th and 7'th days cost three dollars more apiece. So if you had 2 days remaining on your 7 day pass, investing $59. more to preserve them, then you have a $33. per day investment in those two days.

Note that it costs $107. to add non-expiration to 8 day, 9 day, and 10 day passes. But you can add more days (up to ten including the days already spent) at the same time you are adding non-expiration*, the 9'th and 10'th days cost four dollars apiece.

*I think you have 6 days from first usage to add more days, some folks say you have 13 days (same as for adding the non-expiration) to also add more days.

Well, there you go. It'd always be beneficial to add it on if you have days remaining, since it's cheaper than purchasing a new ticket. Thanks seashoreCM!!

If you're thinking of purchasing the non-exipry option, then you should upgrade to a 10 day ticket instead. It's only $10 more for 3 more days.

Ooops! The 10 day is more than $10. The base price is $10 more, but the non-expiry option is $100 v/s $55 so you're really paying $55+tax for 3 more days.
