MIGrandma what makes the gluten free setting different than the other settings? And what is your receipy for gluten free breads? Any gluten free bread I have made only tastes good the first day. After that forget it. Any help would be great. If the machine mixed it I could take it out and bake it in the oven if that would help.

I then tried a boughten gluten-free mix (Gluten Free Pantry) and it turned out great. Nice, big slices (unlike boughten gluten-free bread where the slices are so teeny tiny). I sliced it and froze them individually (wrapped in saran wrap then put in quart-size freezer bags) and just take them out as I need them and they taste fine after they have thawed.I love love love bread and unfortunately, it loves me! Puts on the pounds like crazy. I have stayed away from my bread machine for months. I do love making cinnamon buns from its dough, but again, I have to stay away from such treats! Nothing like fresh bread, though!
