I just read in a recent Women's World about the Bread for Life diet formulated by an Israeli nutritionist. It intrigues me for sure. The book apparently does not have a web site-- or at least I couldn't find it when I googled. However I did see a number of reviews and they all seem to say it's based on sound health and weight loss principles.
Basically, it's eating 6 smaller meals per day, focusing on complex carbs for energy and well-being, as well as weight loss. As a bread fanatic, I can live with the 6 whole grain bread sandwhiches per day! So this is something I want to explore.
Has anyone read the book or know anything about this? TIA
