Brave Blu-ray pre-order deal at the Disney Store

I found a few good deals at the Disney Store on-line so I ended up buying a lot of stuff. Just before I was going to check out I noticed the Brave pre-order deal. $25 for the Blu-ray Dvd combo pack with lithographs and a $20 off promo code for your next order, between today until next week. I decided to break up my order (for the free shipping) and order Brave first, with the intention of using the promo code on the other items I was going to buy. The problem is they haven’t sent me the promo code yet. Has anyone else done the pre-order? How long did it take for them to send you the promo code?

On a separate note, there was a 10% off deal for DVC members. Is that still going on? I can’t find the promo code on the DVC member website.

I guess they prob won't email out the code until early Nov.

I took advantage of the preorder deal (same thing w/lithos and $20 coupon) for The Avengers. The coupon code was emailed to me the day after I got the movie in the mail.

Is the $20 offer able to be used with other discount codes like say the Disney Visa discount or maybe even a potential Black Friday special (the $20 thing is good through November 25 and BF is November 23)?
