Hey ladies! Sorry I didn't get back yesterday or even this morning, but I have been swamped!! So yesterday, I did have my lean cusine for lunch and had a pork chop, 3 small red potatos and 1 small ear of corn. I came in at I think exactly my points! Today, I was bad in the morning- had tea and a blueberry scone from CCs Coffee house. Was pretty good, though. Had my lean cuisine for lunch. For dinner, I bought some crab pistolettes(sp)- they would have been 4 points each. They were nasty, so I only had 1/2 of one and then had a little less than a cup of white rice. So, under points again so far. I may have some grapes later, though. When I don't eat all of my points, I tend to not lose weight.
Well, I am glad I am doing well here. I weigh every day, although I don't count it until my official WI day, which is Monday. However, last night, I was back up one of those pounds I lost. This evening, I was down that plus another 2- so who knows! I forgot to change my bith control patch this weekend and just changed it yesterday- it keeps my cycle ok and I was spotting, so maybe that 1 pound was water or whatever.
Oh, I'm doing well on my water intake! Water has this effect on me that, when I am drinking enough, I crave it even more. So, I've had that WW water woosh lately as well! Last weight thing- I did excercise today- nothing formal, but Dh, Ds and I love music, so instead of TV, we turned on the radio and danced for about 20-30 minutes. Whew! With an almost 3-year-old, that's tough!
I can't believe it's Wednesday already! My week has flown by- Jen's is leaving for WDW tomorrow- I know she's so excited!
