September cannot come fast enough!
I love CSR and can't wait for my husband to see it. I usually travel with my Mom or my adult daughter. My husband and I will be celebrating our 25th anniversary....and because he is amazing he suggested we go to Disney! It was supposed to happen this past January..but a change of jobs made us put off that trip....so September it is...

Ok this may sound like a dumb question but I'm going to ask it anyway.
Can you still use the hammocks if you are not staying in the section they are in? I requested the Rancho and I hear that is not where the hammocks are. It just looks like such a nice spot to kick back and get some "mommy" alone quiet time

Yes, you can still use the hammocks.

Laguna bar is the one "behind" the main building, right? What are the hours of operation?

Laguna is open from 11 am to 11 pm.
Rix is open from 8 pm to 2 am.

If it is raining out then Laguna will close early and Rix will open early.

Now I have to start planning what to do for hubby and I's 2 year anniverary in July. In a toss up between Vero Beach and a resort on property.

Yes, you can refill at Siestas and Cafe Rix.

Siestas is at the Dig Site pool; Cafe Rix is inside the main building between the gift shop, Panchitos and the Pepper Market.

Just returned from CSR on Sunday (April 26). I will have to make the time to write a review, but before that.... I need to know what the fireworks were for on Friday & Saturday (April 24 & 25) at midnight at CSR?

I must admit, while they were fun on Friday, it was a pain on Sat. since we needed to get up at 4am to get he ME at 5!!

They were for grad night at DHS. We were there from the 17th to the 25th and the first time they woke my husband he thought people were pounding on the floor and door above us. Somehow the kids and I managed to sleep through them....

Hi all,
my husband and I are celebrating our 10yr anniversary and decided to take the family to Disney as our gift to ourselves!

So my question is this, we have never stayed on the resort as a family. I stayed as POR once as a kid, but never for husband and kids. We decided to upgrade to CSR today and now I'm wondering where I should request, if I should request any area in particular. My kids are 7, 5 and 1.

If you recommend making a request, how do I go about doing that? Do I call or do I fax or both, and if I fax, where do I find the number?

2 more days to to go! I'm excited especially since this is my mom's first time to WDW and CSR.

I am a little annoyed that I forgot to send in the fax for my room request on Monday . I got so swamped with work, I totally forgot.
I'm still going to sent it in today and hope for the best
