Here we go!!

A man lives on the 40th floor of a skyscraper apartment. Every morning, he takes the elevator all the way to the bottom floor. Every evening, he takes the elevator to the 30th floor and walks the remaining 10 flights of stairs. Why?

ok the answer is he's so short he isn't tall enough to reach the button for the 40th floor the highest button he can reach is the on 4 the 30th floor now someone else can post 1!!!
