Brainstorming Session! Minimum parks - what to do?

For all you experts, what do you do if you do not go to the parks? I know there are always the water parks, mini golf, Downtown Disney, resort hopping, - but what else do you do? My tootsies are still hurting from all the walking we did last week

Oh, one more thing: if you have PS at a restarant in the parks, do you have to also pay park admission? I know someone mentioned before that one can get a shopping pass for inside the park. How long is the shopping pass for?

If the restaurant is in a park you must have a valid park pass to enter that park.

I don't know anything about the shopping passes, so I'll just bump this back to page one for you.

I read about the shopping pass on www.Mouseplanet. Supposedly, if you leave your credit card # and come back within a hour or so - they won't charge you. If you're late - you're charged for a day pass. (you can find it if you do a search on MousePlanet)
