Brain Age -- only for Nintendo DS??

My brother is getting our 74 year old mother a laptop for Christmas. I had thought about giving her a Nintendo DS with Brain Age (she has MAJOR memory issues, and I thought this might help!).

But now that she's getting a laptop, I don't want to get her the Nintendo.

So I'm wondering if anyone knows if Brain Age comes in any different format??

Why not get her the DS? It's a totally different format and BrainAge is a great game. My son and I compete. I'm the best at drawining. I love Sudoku!!

I was told that the two screens like on the DS are needed, so it wouldn't work on a laptop.
