My ds was interviewed by a reporter and the article is in today's Wake Weekly.

They used one of the pictures I took with the article.

The article is not online as far as I can find. They only seem to have the first page of each section on line.

The article is about his Eagle project.

How much more work does he have on his Eagle? It must make you proud that he has gotten this far.

My DS is 12 and is hoping to finish the requirements for Life Scout in the fall. He's already talking about what his Eagle project might be.

It's a lot of hard work to get that Eagle. You must be very proud of your son!

All he needs is to get the man from parks & rec to sign off in his Eagle project book and wright a letter to the Eagle board saying his project was done satisfactory. Then JT goes before the Eagle board to get them to sign off on his stuff.


He should of been on the docket for Aug 6, but the guy from parks & rec was out of the office all last week so JT could not turn in his book in time. Now he will have to wait till the 1st Thursday in Sept.
