Braces are BAD!

I had braces and honestly it wasn't as bad as people said. Just do everything correct and they will come off before you now it, wear your rubber bands when you get them and etc. I got mine off 4 months early. You'll get used to them and be fine.

Ok this isnt me and yes ive had then and i supposely need them again but my bff was supposed to have hers for 6month this was in 3rd grade and we just started 8th grade and she still has them thats been 6years and the other day she was supposed to finnally get them off and when she got to the orthodontics he said in a few month which to him it 3 yearss she is not very happy and she will probbally know her orthodontics have them on for 9 years if not more so yes they are EVIL

ALot of that stuff doesn't deal with the braces themselves, its either the orthodontist, or the person.

My cousin never wore his rubber bands, always ate things he wasn't supposed to and never took care of them, sp he had his on for about 4 years when they orginnally said 1 1/2 - 2 yrs. My aunt finally had to pay extra to just get them removed.
Youre friend should probably see a new orthodontist IMO.
In the beginning do they suck and are they weird? YES
Will you adjust? YES
They aren't evil if you have a good orthodontist and do what needs to be done.

I love my braces.
Even though they cut my mouth up.
But mine DON'T break. They just don't. I've eaten hard candies (even chewed them), and a ton of stuff I shouldn't, but they just don't break.

i have braces its not bad,
my friends always ask me why did i get braces because my teeth looked fine but to tell you the truth i like them
besides brushing after every meal which i hate but the outcome should look even better.

i've had braces for the past 4 years and i've gotten so used to them i can't really imagine wat i'm gonna look like when i get them off but i'm getting them off in december
