Boys with long hair

My 11 yo DD's best guy friend (she keeps telling me "He's not my boyfriend, Mom") has the most gorgeous head of hair I've seen in a very long time. It's wavy but not frizzy, and is the most beautiful shade of blond. He has been growing it out for 4 years- it reaches to the small of his back. He wears it long and loose, and it is just beautiful.

DD used to have the same length hair as him. They would walk down the hall at school together, and there would be their 2 matching long, curly manes of hair (except DD has brown and his is golden). DD donated to Locks of Love this summer- her hair is now down slightly below her shoulders, and she is growing it to donate again. Her friend says he is going to donate, but he hasn't gotten the urge to have it cut yet.

Adorable and mullet don't go together...even for a 2.5 year old.

A cute mullet is an oxymoron. There is nothing cute about a mullet with it being all business in the front and all party in the back

Agreed!! There is nothing cute about a mullet!! Let's give the poor unsuspecting 2 year old an 80's haircut!! Poor little guy! Why would anyone purposely do that to their poor kid!!

I don't mind long hair on boys, but no one should have a mullet!!

You know why the boys are growing their hair out? A lot of girls my age LOVE the long hair on boys. (I'm a 16 year old girl, and I fit in this category ) Some of my friends do it to impress girls lol
