:wave2: I was able to get CRT breakfast. :goodvibes I know my DD11 will love it, but....I also have DS11 and DS16. Has anybody ever seen a boys reaction to the "princess thing"? :teeth:

p.s. :cheer2: I see I have now made Mouseketeer!!! :cheer2:

When we went in December, I was hoping for at least one Prince to accompany the princesses or maybe Peter Pan, but no such luck. Only princesses and Mary Poppins. My son and my nephew were pretty much mortified. They hid under the table most of the time, they were scared the princesses were going to try and kiss them! But then again, they are 5 and 6 years old! Just let them know ahead of time, it only lasts about an hour and they get first pick when you leave. That should ease their pain! :rotfl:

the princesses are pretty good on picking up on what type of interaction w/boys would be appropiate. however, when our son went w/us a year or so back, being 22 years old, he had a great time and i have a priceless photo of him and cindy! :earboy2:

My boys are a bit younger, 7 and 9. They really didn't want to go, but I told them they would miss breakfast, and getting on the rides a little early. So they went. They thought eating in the castle was really cool! But they were not thrilled with the princesses. The princesses asked them to get up and take a picture, they really didn't want to. Most of the princesses just let them sit, but Cinderella and Mary Poppins, kept asking so they got up and took the picture. Don't think they were thrilled, but they smiled and were pleasant. Of course you should see my 9 year olds face in one of the pictures! You would think there is a monster standing next to him! It is hilarious. :rotfl:

We are going also and have 2 younger boys. I would think it could work out good either way. If you have younger ones like me they seem to like it and makes for cute photos with them being kissed on the cheek. If you have alittle older boys like yours then I would think they would like to see some pretty girls around them and they to would look take a cute photo getting a kiss on the cheek. LOL
Have Fun!!!!

Some of the face characters at CRT are real babes, Prince Charming included. So older kids might just like to be able to have a photo with one of them. My son who is turning 12 loves going to CRT. The food is great, plus the setting is rather neat. Imagine, eating in a castle. Suits of armor, flags with crests on them.

:wave2: Thanks a bunch! Maybe, I can get a picture of them with the princesses and use it in the future for blackmail! :earboy2:

I was thinking the same thing...not sure about the 11 year old, but the 16 year old might very much enjoy the princesses...maybe you'll get lucky and Jasmine will be there, too ;) Being inside the castle is cool. And, if you are eating during the castle shows, you might get lucky and see Cpt. Hook and Peter Pan race by the window on the ledge of the castle -- now that's cool!

Definitely give them first pick after the meal....or if they might really hate it, you could consider splitting up for an hour or two. Does your DD like the thrill rides like SPace Mountain? If not, the boys could hit a few things like that, while the girls have breakfast.

Hope that helps!
