My DD is booked for the Wonderland Tea Party in December. Now my DS is saying he wants to go too. He will turn 5 during our trip. I am wondering if any of you have sent your sons/nephews/grandsons there and did they have a good time. Just wondering if this is usually a girl event.

I haven't yet but next June I plan on it.
He had a choice of the Pirate Cruise & the Wonderland tea party last year & he finally decided on the Cruise, although it was a touch decision for him.

This coming June, Grandma is coming along & she has said she will pay for the Wonderland Tea Party, if he wants to go. He has already said he wants to do it. He is 4 yrs old currently, will be just a few months shy of 5 yrs old when he does the Tea party.

I don't think my son will mind being around all those girls.:smooth: He is use to being the only boy in his tumbling class so I doubt it will faze him one bit.

I say if your son wants to go...then send him. I am sure he will have a wonderful time ::yes::

My boy went went he was 5. There were 3 boys there, and he loved it. He would not have minded if he were the only boy--he had a great time and asked to go back the next time we go!!! It is definitely not a girls only event.

My soon to be 5 year old son wants to try this our next trip too. Do they actually serve tea? He LOVES tea, hot or iced. He also loves the Mad Hatter. I could see him being crushed if he didn't get to have "unBirthday" cake and real tea!

Actually the tea is apple juice, and they have cupcakes--or at least they did when my DD did it in 2000.
