I can't believe it but my 4 year old DS already has stinky feet. :sad2: I knew to expect it as he got older but I am really shocked that it has started this young. He only wants to wear his Nemo sandals this summer and I keep washing the darn things and of course keep his feet clean but they still continue to stink. Blech!

Thankfully the rest of him is not a problem yet. How many more years do I have before it gets so bad I have to hold my breath when I enter his room? ;)

You know what has worked great for my DS's stinky feet? We use spray deodorant on his sandles! It takes care of the problem. ::yes::

I don't have any advice for the feet issue, but I wanted to comment that your son looks so much like my brother did as a child, only blonder. There's one photo I can recall especially. If only I knew how to post pictures, I'd try to find it and post it. :)

Odor like this can sometimes be caused by a bacterial infection in the skin that simple washing will not get rid of.

Once, when my little brother had this problem, I am thinking the Dr. told my mom to use Betadine. It worked.

PS: If it something in the Sandals, then they may have to be replaced??? I feel for ya if you can't find the same kind and your DS has a fit!!!

I wish DS would wear sandals. He wears leather sneakers in the heat and it stinks up the whole room!
