Azure which is me on VMK was apporched by a guest today being Aug.31st and was asked repediatly to be his!! It was gross because he told me privatly that he knows that I like him and that I want to do him... That is sick and wrong and I am 100% against that stuff!!

how is it fair that CLs get banned for saying numbers in context of aiding other players and creeps like this don't get everlasting bans? There is something seriously wrong with the moderators!

I'm Tired Of These Slackers Also Known As Cast Members, Do Not Even Think Before they ban. In fact, they always have an excuse when you report someone, like "Please Ignore Them Or Leave The Room". The worse thing is I'm banned just because some little brat fake reported me!!

The Cast Members are a bunch of screw-ups, they do not help, they ban people for no reason. And worst of all, They do not even think. Do they even have minds!!! And because Of These Cast Members Many CL's have Lost Their Titles When They Didn't deserve It!!!

Those Cast Members who are slacking off need to be fired! because this BF/GF stuff is still continuing, cause these Perverted Jerks in VMK(Not Cast Members But Players) think VMK is Like Habbo Hotel Well It Isn't! This Is A Disney Game . Repeat After Me.... DISNEY!

If I wanted to see very inaproppriate rooms I would have gone to Habbo. Things were so much Better In Beta!

Disney said and I quote "VMK Is a safe enviorment for children". Once again they broke the Disney Spirit! Kids are in this game and they see These Total Garbage Rooms, That Cast Members Do Not Even Look At!

BF/GF rooms and those other rooms are absolutely Disgusting, and an Absolute Disgrace to Disney! If Disney really cares about children then they should do their job. Not acting like complete morons and banning the wrong people while the Real Criminals go and Gross Out Children And Scam Innocent People!

If VMK Cast Members Do not do their job I'm sending in a complaint, cause if I ever had children and If they got banned for the wrong reason. Then Disney you better get ready to fill out some Lawsuit Papers!

Yeah I was there too (WDWFanaticD) I think the first time it happened in Main Street and then again in Central Plaza. He has made different accounts because he has gotten banned alot with following her around. I don't agree at all that one ban for saying too and CL_'s lose their badge but stuff like this goes on and all they do is just create new characters to avoid the ban.

I have a theory about this.

I think the reason why these perverts are ignored by VMK Staff is because, and this is just a theory mind you, they are VMK staff under fake names. They do this because they are trying to test the reactions of other players and what they would do.

You can file this theory along with my "VMK discriminates against adults" theory as well.

People here know what I think of the VMK rules, and the snafus that have plagued a lot of the development decisions. But still, I don't know. I've had the pleasure of chatting with a few of the VMK staff, and some are really nice people who work HARD and have to deal with a lot of difficult and whiny people.

Seems like they are understaffed, overworked, unappreciated, and have little, if any, say with the developers of the game, regarding events and other changes. And I think they are not the ones making the ridiculous and contradictory rules, and yet are expected to "enforce" them.

I have no idea what the organizational set-up is, but I would imagine something like Disney management -> VMK developers -> VMK staff, from top to bottom. And you know the saying, *** flows downhill. Maybe that's why VMK staff get the brunt of the abuse, although I don't think they are the ones who deserve it.

Seeing as they also read these and other boards, attacking them frivolously when they are just trying to make the best of a bad situation seems unhelpful and ungrateful.

Just my opinion, and I expect many to disagree.

Well, I'm relatively new here and I'm not sure of the general "tone" of these boards yet. I've written and erased this post about 3 times now, but I think some things need to be said here. So I may as well take this opportunity to stick my neck out and make myself unpopular.

I agree that the comments made to Azure are uncalled for and deserve to have action taken. I disagree with the name-calling rants directed at VMK staff. Regardless of how we feel about the rules, we agree to play by them when we sign up with VMK. When rules seem arbitrary or confusing, we should certainly point them out - after all, that's why the game is in a test version. But we can do that without name calling and accusations.

I also disagree with comments that Disney doesn't do enough to protect children on the site. All of the rules we complain about regarding vocabulary are part of the effort to keep kids from sharing phone numbers, addresses, etc. (And promoting ways to work around those rules, thus making them moot, was the reason the CL's lost their tags. Fair? Maybe not. All the same, I don't know of too many companies who will maintain employees - honorary or not - who promote ways to break their own rules.)

We don't really have all the information regarding this case to say that Disney isn't protecting children. First of all, how old is the person sending the offensive messages? There is a big difference in the danger level of inappropriate comments from an 11-year-old kid and a 35-year-old man. If people make a big stink about the safety of kids, Disney is going to make a decision that not too many of us are going to like: To start enforcing the 15-year-old maximum age limit for VMK which they promote. That would mean a great number of the people on these boards would be banned from VMK. It would also mean some of the coolest events and games created in the guest rooms would cease to exist, making the game a much less fun place for those left behind.

So please, let's cool our jets a bit. If we have complaints, post them in a constructive manner. As pointed out, VMK staff do read these boards and are far more likely to respond favorably to people who aren't calling them names.

I agree with you Be. I mean, don't get me wrong. It is totally unfair that some people get banned for saying numbers when it had nothing to do with personal information, and others are allowed to do what happened last night. However, I doubt that the VMK staff are the ones making the rules. They are the ones expected to enforce them, just like employees of a company are expected to follow and enforce the policies that their company's corporate officers put in place. That would be my guess anyway. And Azure, I am really sorry that happened to you.
