I think I need to get this credit card. How do you "spend" these reward dollars? Do they mail you Disney gift cards?

I have the Chase Freedom card now that gives me cash. 3% for grocery and gas, 1% everywhere else. Is the Disney card a better deal?

You cannot earn more than $750 per year in rewards but I don't think there is a cap on how many of your reward dollars you can spend in one year.

I have posted this on a couple of threads, but Chase will issue 2 cards per cardholder, therefore you can earn $750.00 per card per year. I think that I first heard about this on the Budget Board. I checked it out... ordered extra card for me and two for my husband. Not in the same month, but pretty close. They were offering the $50.00 family and friends sign up last fall. The cards show up online on the same page. I click one on...pay it, then the other. Helps with the Cap.

Once you have the disney visa and rack up charges, you contact chase and request a rewards card. It will include all the reward dollars you have earned and can be reloaded with additional points up to a certain date. As far as I understand, you get 1% for all purchases. The card can be given to the front desk as you are checking out and reward dollars are credited against your charges. Others use them in the stores or restaurants.

Sounds like the easiest way is just to hand it over one time at the end of your stay. Seems like a good deal since my old card gave me zip!

Main thing is to pay off the purchases every month otherwise the finance charges will exceed your mortgage.

Another easy way to use up all the rewards in one go is to apply your rewards towards your annual dues.

You are right, but personally I like the feeling of having them say - No Charge - when we get food using the card.
