2005 it was a new heater. 2006 it was tires, brakes and rotors and an oxygen sensor. 2007 I think was a good year, just needed a new battery. 2008 was the infamous $500 tune up after I failed an emissions test. This year...so far...last week it was $1100 for a new starter, new brake sensor wire, new front brakes and rotors. This week...new valve cover gasket and my power steering reservoir is leaking.

My car is 14 years old with over 150K miles on it.
If I had money for a down payment I would be looking for a new car but I am broker than broke and I already canceled my trip to San Francisco this summer.
Just needed to get that off my chest.

What kind of car is it? I have 114,000 miles on my Subaru and my Hyundai...I'll keep paying (reasonable) repair bills before I'll take on a *new* car payment
