Bowflex Treadclimber worth the $$$ ???

Is this machine worth the money or can you recommend something better? I just had a baby and need to get fit fast! I want something that I can use while the baby naps. My thighs and butt are what I need to work on the most....

I talked to a guy at a fitness place (sales) and he said it really isn't worth it. You can buy other machines that will have a steep enough incline to do the same thing AND it won't have two treads, which is twice the price to replace.

NordicTrack has an extreme climb machine that Jillian Michael's endorses and I have seen good reviews on that.

My machine does a 12% incline, which isn't as much, but honestly, that is all I can handle right now!

I have one, it makes a great clothes hanger I wish I would have saved the $3,000 and gotten an elliptical instead.
