Bowflex or Soloflex?

We have a Bowflex. Very well made, works if you use it !!! Can probably find a good buy in the newspaper classifieds or Craigslist.

I had bowflex years ago, I prefer those home gyms with plates(not free weights). You would need more of a dedicated workout area since they are not as easy to move around as the xxxFLEX machines.

My DH has the bowflex and loves it. He claims it works well. It does take up a good chunk of space though. I have never been brave enough to try it. Recumbent bike yes, treadmill yes, but it looks dangerous to me.

Thanks. A coworker wants to sell a Bowflex to me and I was wondering if it was worth it. He only wants $100 for it. I did a search on craigslist and found the Soloflex for about the same price and was wondering which one to get.
