Bourbon Steak @ WDW Dolphin opens early

I look forward to trying this. Right now, my go-to steak place is Bull & Bear at the Waldorf Astoria. Will this measure up?

I hope so! :)
We've eaten at both~ I hope the Disney Bourbon Steak is as good as its other locations.
While service and food at Bourbon Steak are excellent, it is more upscale casual.
Bull & Bear is more formal.
Love both! :)

I have a reservation as well for this new restaurant, but does anybody have any idea when they will be publishing a menu?

Maybe check the restaurant’s website?
Just google the eatery’s name and since it’s a chain many locations will come up.

Can't really help on that question. My Capa experience is limited to once about 5 years ago.
I got you even earlier than that :)

But when I went, John Morgan, from Morgan and Morgan, was being loud behind us and we couldn't focus on much......but the fireworks views were amazing! And the restaurant is beautiful!

But I LOVED Bourbon Steak at FS DC when I went, they gave us a fry flight instead of "table bread"! We loved it so much we begged them to send us some the following two nights when we ordered room service :)

(checks out menu) Mmmm ribeye with blue cheese crust. Classic steakhouse fare in general. And prime rib with limited availability! Bet that sells out early. The expense account conventioneers will continue to be able to spend their company's money well.

One thing I wish Bourbon Steak had, that is the same thing I wish Shula's had: a bar menu. Most fancy steakhouses have a fancy steakhouse burger that you can only get at the bar and that is, like, the best burger you've ever had, ground from the very expensive steaks found elsewhere on the menu (though not the choicest parts of those steaks, obviously.) When this place was Shula's you had to get lucky with the bartender if they wanted to let you get the cheeseburger off the kid's menu--it was not something they were supposed to do.
