Bouquet Question

I have read that flowers are delivered to the ceremony location so they will be there when the bride arrives. The problem i have is i have booked Randy Chapman for 3 hours and he has suggested that because my wedding is at 5pm we have photos taken before the ceremony at the grand floridian from about 3pm because of daylight, thats fine with me but can i arrange to have my bouquet delivered to my hotel earlier so i have it for the photos?

I don't see why not, some people get their bouquet at 5am for the MK photo shoot if they do it before the wedding./

hmmm we were told it would be delivered to our room a few hours before the wedding. Check with Disney floral.

Definitely talk to your EM. I'm sure this can be arranged.

Mine was handed to me by my EM about 30 minutes before my ceremony...just enough time to have some pics done in the BWI lobby before we went to SBP for our ceremony.

I agree with the others. Definitely ask the FTW folks about this.

For example, my bridal party got ready in one of the ballrooms at the Grand Floridian's Convention Center. During our hair & makeup session, two large boxes were delivered from the Disney Florist: click here. Inside the boxes were the bouquets for myself and my bridesmaids. I didn't expect the floral delivery at the Convention Center. For some reason I thought they would show up at the resort's lobby since that is where we were scheduled to have our pre-ceremony portraits taken with our Disney photographers. But my Event Manager was obviously on top of things (thank goodness!) and saw to it that my flowers were delivered to the Convention Center.

So, if you are not using Disney's photography folks, please make sure your Event Manager knows your photography schedule for the day. That way your flowers can be timed to arrive at the proper moment and location.

No worries - just tell your EM that you need it earlier and they will get it to you. I found sending my EM e-mails was the best way to go. Disney is amazing at weddings! Let your EM know when you need your bouquet and you'll have it
