Bouncing off of the walls!!!

I really should be packing but no I'm here reading about DLP!!!!! I'm leaving THURSDAY for Europe. I can not wait. 11 days running amok in the UK! Then we are going to PARIS!!!!! It's my first time going to DLP! Does anyone have any tips on what is really different at DLP that I won't find at the other parks?

How many days will you have at DLP?

Both parks are very close together, so even if you go for 1 day you should at least be able to have a peek at both, as the main park will be open until approx 11pm. I'd absolutely recommend that you see Dreams, on at park closing time - its fantastic

Alice's Maze is unique to DLP I think and I hear that BTM and Space Mountain also differ from the US parks.

The castle itself is beautiful and you can visit the Dragon underneath...if you dare

Going from comments from visitors more used to the US parks, I'd suggest that you try to take in the beauty of the park and ignore the differences as best you can. It's not the same as the US parks and never will be. But I love it there and think that Fantasyland in particular is absolutely beautiful

Thanks!! I will check out the dragon! How cool is that? I like to find the differences. I think those are the things that make each park unique. Different rides, different scenery, different designs etc. The really cool thing I loved about DL Tokyo were the vending machines. They were too cute. Oh and we loved their Winnie The Pooh ride. DD is really excited about the Alice Maze. We are only going to be there one day. We are planning on doing the "main" park. DD turns 12 that day and she wants to go to DLP.
