We were at Disney the first 2 weeks of November and had, like others, received an email before our vacation to keep checking our email while at Disney for additional specials, but the only thing we did receive was the photo-pass discount offer, and also a few emails about Disney movies. While there I called the 8844 number and asked about current bouncebacks but
the CM (who I must say was not the friendliest)
stated that Disney "doesn't do bouncebacks anymore". I then asked if there was a pin attached to our name and he made me go through the whole process of a zillion questions regarding a future vacation, wanting dates, ages, types of rooms wanted, resort choice, etc., and then came back with a price that I knew to be a regular nondiscounted price. I let him know that he wasted my time and that he should have just said "no", no pin attached. We have never received a pin

!. We are hoping to get back down in June (summer season) but if we can't obtain a discount we will probably put it off for a while. We have been wanting to check out Dollywood and the Smokey mountains so that may be an option.
