Do you mean to have free dining this year? Or 2008 bounceback offer for free dining in 2009?
Most likely there will not be any more free dining offers for 2008 travel.
There is currently a bb offer for 2008 guests with a travel window in 2009.

Actually there are free dining pincodes being sent out for oct, nov, and dec
