Bounceback Question

I am just DAYS away from Disney! Yay! And I am already plannign my NEXT Christmas trip. As a matter of fact, put down the deposit yesterday

My question is: I am staying at the Grand Floridian. Can I apply the "bounceback" offer to next year's vacation, or do I book a whole other trip and see if it's cheaper?

Didn't think of this til just now.

DISer park reported their BB was for the following dates. Will those dates fit your trip next year?

For stays most nights:
1/1—1/5/12, 1/8—1/12/12, 1/16—2/8/12, 2/12—2/18/12, 3/4—3/10/12,
3/18—3/31/12, 4/29—5/26/12, 6/3—6/9/12, 8/5—10/6/12, 10/21—11/3/12,
11/11—11/17/12, 11/25—12/1/12 and 12/9—12/15/12.

If those dates suit you, you will have to call and see if they can modify your current res to a BB. They will also be able to tell you which deal (current vs BB) will be the best deal. Call 8844 from your resort room to book a BB.

If they can't modify it for some reason, you will have to book a new res and put a another deposit down - so you might figure taking a little extra $ with you in case.

was the 35% off only on a certain catagory or was it all catagories of resorts- we are staying at the pofq in 6 days - however we are looking at the all stars movies for next year .. and i was wondering if the discounts are good at tehe values as well.

I was able to modify a pre-exisiting reservation at the BC for Aug when I called in for the BB. I just gave them my reservation # and the CM gave quoted me the new price. I compared the offer with an existing reservation in Jan and found my annual pass holder discount was actually better so I left it as it was. The CM was very helpful.

I'll be there tomorrow morning and need to book three bouncebacks (May at POFQ, late August/early Sept at CSR, and late Oct at POFQ or maybe PORS). Yikes! Three deposits. I made a copy of the 2012 calendar and have it already put in with my paperwork and packed in my carry on with dates highlighted for my 2012 trips. I have my preferred dates highlighted in yellow and then back up dates highlighted in pink, in case my preferred dates and/or resorts aren't available under the bounceback.

I really want an AP discount, but will book the bouncebacks just in case an AP discount don't come out for all my dates. That's what I did last year.

Hey, I just noticed my count down was off by one day. It's showing me already in WDW. Don't I wish! lol
